Purpose: To respond to your inquiries and, where you have opted in, to send you newsletters and Notices to Trade.

For participants in IGTC events or delegations, dietary or accessibility information collected may include sensitive personal data, particularly where it reveals health information or religious beliefs.
IGTC may provide participant names and organisational affiliations to host organisations, government missions and security personnel where required for registration, access, security or event coordination. Contact information will only be provided with the participant’s prior consent.

Photography and publication of identifiable images of participants at IGTC events require appropriate information and, where required, consent. If you would prefer not to appear in published photographs, or would like an image removed, please contact the Secretariat.

Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time, after which they will be removed from active distribution. Limited information may be retained where necessary to record and respect the unsubscribe request. Retention of financial and organisational records is governed by IGTC’s obligations under Swiss law.
